This DMCA Policy explains how Vidtuto responds to copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Vidtuto respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content, links, or materials they submit to Vidtuto do not infringe third-party copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Vidtuto does not host YouTube videos.
- Vidtuto may embed or reference third-party content.
- Users must have the legal right to use submitted content.
4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material accessible through Vidtuto infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address required).

5. Counter-Notification

- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

6. Repeat Infringers
Vidtuto may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers of copyright or intellectual property rights.
7. Limitations & Good Faith
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices may result in legal liability. Only submit notices in good faith and when you genuinely believe your rights have been infringed.

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
